Please make sure to read these terms and conditions thoroughly to ensure a smooth booking.

 

• Booking Fee: A 40% booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from your final bill.

 

• Price & Services: All prices are included in the services; you can choose more than one service.

 

• Payments: We accept card payments & cash payments. All services are non-refundable.

 

• Notice Required: We kindly require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

• Late Changes: Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours will result in a fee of 50% of the remaining balance due.

• No-Shows: Failure to communicate (No Call No Show) requires full payment and will result in a temporary booking block.

• A second instance of a no call no show will result in no future appointment bookings.

• Outstanding Fees: Failure to pay outstanding fees will result in removal from our booking system until the balance is settled.

• Deposits: If you cancel or reschedule in time, your deposit can be transferred to a future appointment. Otherwise, CANCEL = NO REFUND.

 

 

• Grace Period: We allow a grace period of 10 - 15 minutes. After that, your appointment will be canceled and your booking fee forfeited.

• Stylist Buffer: Please note that the appointment prior to yours may run over; in this event, your stylist also has a grace period of 15 minutes.

• Estimated Time: Your appointment time is an estimate of how long it will roughly take to complete your style. We sometimes tend to run late, so please bear this in mind.

 

• Hair Prep: For all services, your hair must be freshly washed & stretched (Except Relaxer, Curly Kit & Silkpress).

• Guest Policy: NO PLUS 1'S.
