DEPOSIT
A 50% deposit secures your appointment and is deducted from your total. Please note that bundles and lace are not included in sew-in prices.
CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. After that or if you don't show up your deposit is not refunded. For no-shows, the remaining amount may also be charged.
ARRIVAL
You have a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive later than that your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

SEW-INS, BRAIDS, CORNROWS & EXTENSIONS
Please arrive with freshly washed, detangled and blow-dried (stretched) hair, free of oils, gels or product.
SILK PRESS, CURLS & TREATMENTS
Come as you are. Washing is included in your appointment.
LOCS
Please arrive with clean locs, free of heavy product or buildup.
RELAXER
Please don't wash your hair for 2–3 days before your appointment, and avoid scratching
your scalp.
CUTS & STYLING
Come with clean hair, free of heavy product.
YOUR SATISFACTION
Your happiness matters to me. If something isn't right, let me know within 48 hours and we'll make it right together.
